THE SUPREME CHAIRMAN OF AZANDE SUPREME WELFARE ORGANIZATION MR. DOMINIC KANGO MEET'S AZANDE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP OF UGANDA ON SATURDAY 4th JULY 2026
KAMPALA, July 4th 2026
— The Supreme Chairman of the Azande Supreme Welfare Organization held a strategic meeting with the Azande Community leadership of Uganda at Muyenga, Kampala
The meeting commenced with prayers and speech by Abuna Bagbiowiya, who called on the community to embrace boldness in community service, unity, and the fear of the Lord as guiding principles for growth.
ASWO-UG Coordinator Rev. Barimbia Benjamin thanked Azande Supreme Chairman for his time, efforts to meet the leadership and called upon unity for the different Azande sub associations and organisations in uganda to work hand in hand with AZACU Azande Community in Uganda Mr. John Bosco.
Key Issues Discussed
According to officials present, the leadership evaluated ongoing community work and addressed current challenges. The discussions focused on:
- Evaluation and Challenges: Review of past activities and obstacles facing the Azande community in Uganda and the diaspora
- Way Forward: Strategies to strengthen organization structures and outreach
- Project Proposals: New initiatives aimed at community development for women affairs, culture and sports
- Scholarships: Plans to support students through education funding
- Chain of Operations: Improving coordination and communication within the leadership
- Key Focus Areas: Prioritizing Education and Financial Growth for community members
Recognition and Closing
As part of the meeting, the Azande Supreme Chairman Mr Dominic Kango awarded Mr. Mbembe Anthony a certificate of appreciation for community service under the leadership of AZACU Chairman John Bosco, last but not the least he mentioned upcoming events at the kingdom HQ, in Juba and also in Egypt. Lastly Mr Supreme Chairman introduced azandesupreme.org website and called upon Azande to embrace it, encourage everyone to go to school or acquire a skill. Love; one another, Azande Kingdom and God.
The meeting concluded with a group photo of the leadership.
Community members said the gathering reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to empowering the Azande people through service delivery, education, unity, Love for our Azande Kingdom and economic empowerment.
